Lentinus edodes, named as Shiitake in Japan, has been cultivated for thousands of years in China. It contains the scientifically verified bioactive compounds with important roles in support of immune system and improvement of bone health.
Product Process
Biosan organic shiitake extract is made from organic shiitake.The harvested and dried organic shiitake fruiting bodies are granulated and then extracted with hot water. After extraction, shiitake residues are separated and extract liquids are membrane separated, concentrated and spray dried to give the fine extract powders. The qualified products are vacuumed packaged after crushing, sieving and metal detection.
