Biosan attended BIOFACH 2025---The International Organic Products Expo
Biofach 2025, the International Organic Products Expo was held from February 11 to 14, 2025, at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center in Germany. Zhejiang Biosan Biotech Co., Ltd.（Biosan) was invited to participate for the sixth time, under the leadership of the company’s founder and CEO, Wang Xingli.
During the exhibition, Biosan showcased a variety of organic mushroom products, including organic reishi, lion’s mane, chaga, cordyceps and more. Biosan also presented innovative mushroom blend powders and extracts. In addition, we also showcased products made with the latest extraction and freeze-drying technology, including organic chaga dual extract and lion’s mane extract. These freeze-dried products are designed to better preserve the original flavor of the mushrooms, offer superior solubility, and maintain higher levels of active ingredients.
Professional customers from countries including Germany, France, Netherlands, UK, Spain, and Italy engaged in in-depth discussions and negotiations regarding the innovative organic mushroom powders and extracts produced by Biosan, as well as private label and contract manufacturing services. Many clients expressed a strong interests in the application of mushroom extracts and powders in coffee, tea, and other beverage products, gaining a deeper understanding of their potential uses.
During the event, Our founder Wang Xingli had the honor of being interviewed by European CNS media. The interview content will be broadcast on platforms such as Nutrition Insight and Food Ingredients. The CNS media reporter asked five highly specialized questions about organic mushrooms, and we believe this interview will help raise awareness about the health benefits and effectiveness of mushroom products among more customers.
Biofach 2025 was not only a major platform for showcasing innovative products， but also an essential venue for industry trend discussions and technical exchanges. The exhibition featured seven major thematic forums covering a wide range of topics from organic agriculture to market innovation, offering valuable learning and networking opportunities for participants. During the “Global Organic Food Project Manager Forum,” a photo from Biosan’s participation in Biofach 2024 was honored to represent Chinese organic food enterprises. As a leading company in organic mushroom products field, Biosan garnered significant attention from global clients in this show. Biosan plans to continue participating in Biofach in 2026, where we aim to present more innovative products.
Biofach 2025 attracted 35,000 professional visitors from 140 countries and over 2,300 exhibitors from 94 countries. Held every February in Nuremberg, Biofach is the largest and most influential organic food and agricultural products trade fair in the world.
