Biosan’s organic mushroom products are highly favored at 2023 Fi Europe
Food ingredients Europe 2023 was held at Frankfurt Convention and Exhibition Center, Germany on November 28-30. Biosan Biotech showcased a variety of high quality mushroom functional food ingredients at exhibition, like organic mushroom powders, organic mushroom extracts and so on.
In the post-epidemic era, with the mushroom products becoming a new hotspot in the global nutritional and functional food industry, there has a huge growth and development space in Germany and even the whole EU markets. In current, the German food industry is highly developed and to be the fourth largest industry in Germany, with the famous for its high quality, high standards and safety, which creates more opportunities to expand the business for the global participants. At this exhibition, many professional visitors expressed their stronger interests in mushroom products and inquired about the functions and usage of various mushrooms at Biosan’s booth. Ms. Xingli Wang, the founder of Biosan, attended the exhibition to introduce mushroom products to the visitors and these functions had attracted much attention,including Lion’s mane supporting the brain health and improving cognitive memory, Reishi enhancing immunity, Maitake anti-virus, and Tremella good for skin care, to be the mushroom stars at the exhibition. In the future, the mushroom products’ applications in dietary supplements, functional drinks and cosmetics will be more widespread.
