Biosan made its first visit to Chicago to attend the IFT FIRST 2024
The IFT FIRST 2024 was held in Chicago, USA, from July 15 to July 17, 2024. Biosan was invited to participate as an exhibitor for the first time.
At IFT FIRST 2024, Biosan not only showcased more than ten types of organic mushroom raw material powders and extracts, but also launched several innovative functional mushroom products. These included Broken Shell Reishi Spore powder, Maitake Reishi Capsules, Mushroom Protein powder, Lion's mane solid drink, and maitake solid drink. Shiitake powder and Mushroom Protein powder garnered significant attention for their rich nutritional value and broad application prospects, particularly the Mushroom Protein powder, which attracted many due to its high protein content and absorption rate. Lion's mane powder and Maitake powder were also well-received for their unique flavors and potential health benefits.
Mushroom products have significant potential in the field of food additives. Rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, mushrooms are not only highly nutritious but also low in fat and calories. As a result, they are widely used in food additives to enhance the nutritional value and functionality of products. The IFT FIRST provided our company with new ideas for promoting in the international trade market. We will continue to participate in the 2025 IFT FIRST.
IFT FIRST 2024 attracted over 17,000 professional attendees and more than 1,000 exhibitors. The IFT FIRST Exhibition, organized by the Institute of Food Technologists, is the largest and most prestigious international event in the Americas for food additives, food ingredients, and technology. IFT FIRST 2024 hosted a variety of concurrent forums and sessions focusing on diverse aspects of food science and innovation. Key forums and sessions included Science FIRST Programming、IAFNS Scientific and Technical Forum、Business FIRST Sessions、Innovation Lab as well as Keynotes and Featured Sessions.
